Romex Investments has been in existence for over 15 years. The company has built a strong reputation as a property developer in the Alpine regions (Austria and France). Romex aims to expand its business and broaden its market. The company plans to achieve this by developing projects in truly summer-oriented locations.
For this brand-new project, Romex has set up an investment fund to attract capital for the purchase of land in Spain and the necessary working capital.
Residenz Illyrica Tirol is the most recent project completed by Romex and is located right in the center of Westendorf, Tyrol, Austria.
The project was completed in late 2021 and is a luxurious apartment hotel consisting of 40 apartments. The residences range from luxury studio apartments of approximately 30 m2 (luxury suites) to penthouses of around 180 m2.
All apartments are equipped with a luxurious Tieleman-design kitchen, mostly luxury bathrooms, comfortable and modern furniture from Goossens, excellent sleeping comfort in King-size beds, WiFi, Smart TVs, etc.
