Kaprun Glacier Estate is located high up on the southern slope of a mountain on the outskirts of Kaprun. The complex is located between the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and the family ski area Maiskogel. It is no coincidence that this is one of the most beautiful places that Romex has bought for the development of yet another beautiful estate.
In addition to the 8 luxury apartments, there are three magnificent penthouses that have a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The apartments range from 90 to 190 m2. All apartments are equipped with a luxury designer kitchen, mostly luxurious bathrooms, excellent sleeping comfort, mostly a sauna, WiFi and Flatscreen TVs etc.
From the penthouses and apartments with their large terraces you have a wide view of the imposing mountains, the impressive Glacier, the local ski slopes and the beautiful mountain village of Kaprun. As always, you will find the friendly Austrian atmosphere and the extremely friendly locals, who are always very ‘service-minded’.
Kaprun Glacier Estate has a general sauna. There is also a reception, a separate laundry room and ski depot. You will find parking lots in the indoor parking garage. From the parking garage you have direct access (elevator or stairs) to the apartment complex. The residence is also equipped with an elevator.

The Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and the Schmittenhöhe ski area of Kaprun guarantee a fairytale winter sports holiday for young and old. About 30 mountains with an altitude of more than 3,000 meters let you experience all facets of the Alps. The Kitzsteinhorn Glacier is absolutely snow-sure. The Europa Ski Region with Kaprun – Zell am See is one of the most famous ski areas in the Austrian Alps. Very varied and something for everyone. Beautiful, wide, blue and red slopes for families with children, intermediate skiers and snowboarders, but also with tough mogul slopes and black slopes for the cracks.
Kaprun and Zell am See are authentic Austrian mountain villages, which have a great attraction not only for the Dutch and other Europeans, but also for the many other global citizens of the world. This makes the area a bit mundane, without losing its authenticity.
During the summer and in between seasons, many ski lifts remain open to take sporty mountain bikers with their bikes to the peaks of the mountains. In addition, there are plenty of opportunities to discover the mountains with many authentic mountain huts. In 2010 the largest Spa and Wellness center in Austria opened on the outskirts of Kaprun.
In Kaprun and nearby Zell am See are many shops, cafes and mostly culinary, restaurants. In addition, these places offer a rich and varied nightlife for young and old all year round.
